My recent buying experience with Branhaven was exceptional from start to finish. The sales team, particularly Danny,(Despite, being a new salesperson) was incredibly knowledgeable, beyond patient, and genuinely focused on finding the perfect fit for us. I did not feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. The entire process was transparent and very efficient. I believe Branhaven is customer focused before anything else. Bought our second car from Melanie, she’s fantastic, no problems with her. Jonathon however, should stop making promises he can’t keep. My mother, who made a deal for a car $27,000 out the door, and Jonathon tried to sell her overpriced GAP insurance when she put $10,000 down in cash. She refused GAP insurance, next thing we know, after refusing the significantly overpriced GAP, we go to sign the papers and Jonathon made the car $28,000 out the door. During my routine oil change the mechanic found that the radiator on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee was leaking and the back brakes were down to the limit and needed replacing. Geron, The service advisor was able to get me in before our vacation to Georgia. We were planning to use the car to drive down there and thank goodness that Geron was able to get me in before the trip. Everything went well and we had no worries of breaking down or failing to stop. Top notch team all the way!
